Shipping Information
If you live in the greater chicagoland area call our store at (773)862-3000 to get rates and info about our own LAYANA FURNITURE delivery and setup. Delivery and setup is available within the greater Chicagoland area. We can also ship to the 48 contiguous United States. When you place an order to ship we hire a shipping carrier to deliver your furniture at a discount. Our goal is to reduce the cost you pay. When other companies offer free shipping on heavy furniture they often bundle together price with the shipping cost. We break out your cost for shipping heavy items so you can see what you pay.

Shipping and local delivery
The price of our furniture does not include shipping, delivery, or set up. Shipping prices will depend on the size, weight, and your location. We do not bundle a fixed delivery cost into our prices; however, we will work to find the best possible shipping or delivery rate. Please contact our store during normal store hours at (773)862-3000 for cost.

Local delivery:
OUR store has delivery service. Delivery hours from 11-7 weekdays and 12-6 Saturdays. There will be a 3-4 hour window for delivery. Customers will be called before the delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to answer the phone and confirm delivery. If you miss the delivery, we will reschedule and recharge the delivery fee. Please keep your phone ringer on loud.

Protect your product from damage:
Remember to inspect the package when it is delivered to make sure there is no damage. If you notice that the box has damage please be sure to write Product Damaged on the sheet that the delivery person asks you to sign. Take digital pictures of the damage, don't open the item, and contact us.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery time varies based on distance and what you order. Items usually ship using ground transportation. We will contact you if there is any reason for excessive delay. Please feel free to contact our store if you would like more specific information at (773)862-3000.
